Checking out at Sophie and Dan works through established payment providers, and the methods below are exactly what you will see at checkout.

Payment details are encrypted in transit and handled by our payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers and have no access to them.
How a payment is processed
At checkout you choose one of the methods above in our payment environment. The charge is made at the moment the order is placed, and a confirmation email with your order number and transaction details follows once payment is confirmed.

Security
The store runs on Shopify, which applies SSL encryption and PCI DSS compliant processing to help keep payment information protected during checkout.
Currency
All transactions are processed in USD ($). Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout where we are required to collect it. Any currency conversion or fee your bank or card issuer applies is outside our control.
